Spring Picnic: Our 2026 spring picnic will be held on Sunday, May 3rd, at Nelson’s Southern Roses, 4082 Lower Boston Rd, Thomasville GA 31757. The plan is to meet at Nelson’s at 2:00 pm, tour the nursery and, if you wish, purchase roses, and then sit down in a sheltered area at the nursery for a shared pot-luck lunch. While in the area, some may want to visit a large rose garden in Thomasville, located at 420 Covington Avenue, near the corner of Smith and Covington.
